Fly tipping and overgrown brambles are blocking the passageway between Beaufort Road and Gloucester Road

I have already reported this and been told it has been fixed. This is not true. Today I worked on the area and taken away a lot of vegetation but could not cope with the fly tipping rubbish. Can you please send someone to pick up what I have had to leave behind? The vegetation has been growing into my brick wall and I am now having to pay to have the wall repointed. I'd like the area clear so my workman has clear access.
