Scooters and bikes

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7965105.

At the front of the property , the shop needs to have access for deliveries, so now that the bike rack has been put here this week, it has reduced where the scooters can be kept, they're just getting left on the pavement in front of the shop, for example 5 bikes are there at the moment as well as scooters, completely obstructing shop deliveries.
