The resident of 21 Eastleigh Road BS10 5RH has installed to large driveways without any drop curbs being installed and has to use a public footpath to access both driveways im not sure they have been checked as the tenant is saying you have given permission and he is under no obligations to install what i believe to be a law ie drop curbs must be installed correctly to protect the integrity of footpath and as a safety issue please advise
