The car is parked in residential parking spaces that is for long term residential use only . I have no drive way and a sens child with needs. I have 3 young children and a mobility disability myself I am struggling to park my car and get my children in and out of the car safely. Our road creswicke is a busy road and there has recently been an accident , thankfully no persons where hurt. Im concerned that will not be the case if the abandoned car continues to take up the safe parking spaces. I have reported this problem before.
