Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7996088.

Obscured hump on river path (by community library, heading towards Conham nature reserve along from the bridge across to Coop/St Anne's) is dangerous. Yesterday I came across a badly injured cyclist who went over handlebars on it, resulting in large shin injury down to the bone, a fracture in his spine and other injuries.
