Missing tactile paving and uneven surface

The surface around the utilities cover on the corner of Cotham Lawn Road and Hampton Road on the Cotham Lawn Apartments side is missing some sections of tactile paving. This is creating both an accessibility issue and a trip hazard and has been an issue for at least a month. As the school holidays are now on it would be a great time to fix the paving.
