Blocked pipe under pavement outside 380 Whitehall Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8008748.

There is a pipe that goes from 360 Whitehall Road's boundary wall and out onto the road. The pipe that goes under the pavement is blocked and needs to be cleaned.
