Broken suspension arm (hanging off underside)

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8012627.

Vehicle was pushed into place by hand by owners few months ago, emptied of belongings and not returned to since. Suspension arm visibly broken on underside, so not driveable.
