Unsafe Fly tip Obstructing Rear Communal Car Park

The flytip is situated at the rear of Kirkstone Gardens Apartment block (BS10 6EA, Southmead), in the B.C.C. communal parking area. It contains hazardous wood/glass panels and many other items that are obstructing vehicles from safely navigating this parking area. This flytip has been growing over the last few years. The wood/glass panels are now a worrying issue. Please remove this fly tip. Thank you.
