Neighbor has thrown loads of rusty metal and old stuff over the garden wall into my back garden

Neighbor has flytipped loads of stuff over the fence clear to see the direction it came in as there is heavy tree growth everywhere else its the only gap to put rubbish through . This has caused the death of a fox also and is impossible for me to clear with the amount of metal there.
