5 week project enters 9th week

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8054785.

This project started June 16th. Sign says it'll take 5 weeks. We're now into week 9. So often, no ones there. How much much longer can it take? Why aren't people working on this project that's almost taking 100% longer than planned?
