Sand pitch left after Festival of Summer

The festival of summer has now been dismantled but they didn't remove the sand pitch. If they want to keep coming next year they should remove the sand pitch appropriately, and they should be fined for not having removed it before departing. The sand alters soil structure and drainage, risking soil erosion and surface runoff during rain snd desiccation in dry weather. The area risks to become vulnerable to invasive weeds and losing habitat and forage for invertebrates.
