Large mattress been dumped

Good morning. I have just noticed another big item has once again been dumped behind my house. This mattress was actually found dumped in the middle of the road so I moved it so that it’s not blocking cars. I am seriously fed up of this. People constantly dump items of rubbish behind my house and blocks my driveway so I can’t get my car out sometimes. They also dump rubbish in my hedges that surround my garden so I have to constantly remove rubbish and put it in the bin.
