A previously filled in trench has seated to sink. There is quite a dip if you hit it with a vehicle.

Updates

  • A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

Posted by Bristol City Council at 14:31, Sat 30 August 2025

  • This hole is only visible immediately before impact and forces cyclists to swerve suddenly into the path of passing traffic. There is no time to signal before swerving and little chance the bike would stay intact or the cyclist on it if impact occurred.
