Dead Tree - Previously Reported

This tree was initially reported as dead at the end of May. About a week after the report a sign was stapled to it saying that the tree was to be removed. This sign fell off after a few days so there's currently nothing on the tree warning about it being dead. As shown in the photos, taken today (3 months after the initial report), there are some branches that are starting to look like they're barely hanging on. The tree needs to be removed urgently before someone is injured by a falling branch.
