Furniture dumped at the bin area by the parking at 2 Hazel Road

Furniture and appliances at the back of the block of flats dumped. The issue has been going on For months where the furniture gets collected but weeks later we have the same issue. sometimes blocking parking spaces and putting children in danger of getting hurt.
