Urgent containment required. Due to a blocked road gulley drain at the bottom of Lansdown Road BS6 6NS, water pools when it rains, The level has risen 5 metre back along Kensington Road. This is just short of the pavement cellar cap which if breached would lead to cellar flooding at 42 Lansdown Road. Myself and neighbours have tried to unlock the drain but the blockage is deep inside the drain, not on the grill.

Water is 10cm from cellar light and hence flooding a dry cellar. Please send someone to clear the gulley drain.

Blocked drain on the corner of Lansdown Rd and Kensington Rd. Getting deeper each time it rains and will lead to neighbouring houses flooding. Please can you clear drain.
