This car has not moved in over 4 months. Parked right up against a disabled bay just up from the junction of Nicholas Lane and Dundridge Lane. It has no MOT and belongs to a car dealer who lives in Hanham. He is notorious in the area and has around 40 vehicles in varying states of legality clogging the local streets and car parks.
