Gutter full of rotting leaves
Reported via iOS in the General litter category anonymously at 18:31, Wed 3 September 2025
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8115347.
Both sides of path are full of leaf debris. This has been here now for several months and is rotting. It blocks the gullies and as you can see from the photo the pavement is flooded across. This was much worse earlier in the day when nearly half of the entire length of Victoria Square was flooded. This is a major tourist route. It’s not attractive to have to walk through dirty water and rotting leaves to get through Clifton. Please send someone soon. This is an ongoing issue but no one ever seems to schedule the work to be done on a regular basis.

Full width flooding of pavement up to 5 cm deep. This is a major pedestrian route and has not been swept the entire summer. This is not just the recent rain it’s for months. Please get this scheduled and then add it to a regular cleaning routine.

Not touched. Now with added leaves. Come on BCC Get yours Parks Dpt’s act together. This major pedestrian route should be being swept weekly. Not every 6 months if we’re lucky. You want tourists to come here. Make it clean.
