Cavan Walk public lane onto Northern Slopes. the council trimmed all the hedges in the lane next to our property (17 Cavan Walk) but they did not take the tops off them, which they used to do. We cut our side of our property, but unable to cut the very tops off as we are elderly residents. can the tops be removed from the public lane side.
