Paint on closed roadway - slippery when wet

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8137886.

This road is closed to traffic. The pavement is narrow and often as trees in the way. Today after the rain the paint that has previously been reported to you was slippery and I slipped on it going down the hill. I have injured myself quite badly.
