This vehicle has been abandoned with the registration plates removed for over three years. There is mould growing around the exterior and interior of the vehicle. The car hasn’t moved once within the free year period. It’s taking up valuable parking space in a residential area. Within its abundant period we have never seen the owner of the vehicle or the vehicle move. Please remove the vehicle as soon as possible we have had enough.
