Tree branch snapped and poses further risk to property and health & safety of path users

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8169360.

The tree is still over handing the path, growing into cables and hanging over private property. One large branch snapped today in the wind and the remaining overgrown tree may cause future damage. Cutting it back would be advisable. Large branches are also on the side of the path from the fall today.
