Overgrown trees , danger to property and people

Reported via mobile in the Branch broken/hanging in tree category anonymously at 09:40, Thu 18 September 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8181458.

All of the trees in Trelawney Rd BS6 are in varying need of attention . Some are growing over property , some are leaning into the road and very heavy with loose branches and dead branches . Additionally the are obscuring light over the road . This is leading Trish anti social behaviour and car vandalism as the branches are providing dark canopies across the road . The sap is a terrible problem and cars damaged as they attempt to park next to a kerb with the tribals of the trees leaning into the kerbside . They are in need of pollarding as branches are rotting . I realise this is a conservation area and permission is needed . This was sought for a tree outside my property and I had to pay . Roots company were great and maybe you could commission them to sort the trees in the street before they become more hazardous to property and people . Thanks
