Our garage (250 Whitehall Road) has flooded when it rains. It is the lowest point on the close, so all water heads that way. I now see that 3 drains on the close are blocked, one behind 248 Whitehall, and two in the car parking area behind 11 Oxenham court. It would be great if these could be unblocked to stop our garaged being flooded again. Thanks
