Unlawful use of front yard as parking via public road

Dear Sir/Madam, On behalf of the local community I would like to report a matter concerning the loss of a parking space outside 132 Shirehampton Road. If you look at the history of the property there was never any use of the yard as a parking space. Although a car on the drive is not obstructive to others it is now restricting anyone to park here and there is no dropped kurb indicating that this is an unlawful/unpermitted use of parking.

Kindly attend to this matter as its reduced the number of spaces neighbours and visitors to the public park can use including disabled residents/drivers.
