Very large pile of bricks and rubble, mainly on the road but spreading on to the pavement. It has been there for 3-6 months. Plastic barriers have been put round the pile but no lights. The obstruction projects out into the road beyond the width of parked cars.

I’m concerned the large pile of building waste is an obstruction to pedestrians, cyclists and traffic and could cause an accident, especially with the darker evenings. Also , it’s been there for ages so maybe has just been dumped there?
