Extremely overgrown hedges

Please refer to ticket 7818557 and 7531931. Enforcement letters have been sent twice with no action. It is awful to see people with prams and disabilities having to go into the road due to over grown hedges. The neighbours are struggling with damaged gardens due to the impact on the over grown hedges aswell. Please can this be investigated more seriously
