20 miles an hour sign faded needs reinstating

Cars e bikes and scooters use raymend road as a rat run exceeding safe speed limits in this road and surrounding roads the area needs to be 20 miles an hour at most as is the roads at the bottom of raymend road such as st Johns lane and roads leading from it
