Remains of abandoned motorbike that has been set on fire

At the corner of the grassy area between Holroyd House and the corner of Holmedale Road/Kensal Road is a substation. Opposite the substation, a motorbike has been dumped and set on fire.

I reported this under the "flytipping" category on 19 September. The same day, the report was closed with the explanation "We have reviewed the information and forwarded it to the Abandoned Vehicles Team for further action." The burnt out motorbike is still there. Please can you get it removed? Thanks!
