Litter, filth and pigeon excrement along a council maintained footpath

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8234780.

Previous reference 7966646. You wrongly said this was not local authority highway, but it is i.e. between Oxford Street and Wells Road. This needs to be put on the Bristol Waste rota for regular street cleaning. There is currently litter and pigeon excrement all along the footpath.
