Light obscured by trees

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8250251.
This light is not projecting light onto the narrow pavement on the west side of the road. There is substantial tree growth around it that is blocking light. Some careful trimming is required (taking care to preserve what looks like a healthy ash tree) to make it worth leaving on.
