Loose safety handrail.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8258341.

Newly erected safety rails on steps leading from Derby street carpark to barnes street, one side of the rail, right looking up from pavement. The rivets are loose and may come out when an elderly or disabled person is holding on to it.
