2 Doors and other fly tipping on borders of property
Reported via mobile in the Flytipping category by Kenny Brooks at 19:15, Monday 6 October 2025
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8260502.
There is ongoing fly-tipping on the border of our property on Whitehall Road, including two dumped doors and other general rubbish. The problem has been getting progressively worse since we moved in last November. We live at 87 Whitehall Road and have spoken with our neighbours at 81 Whitehall Road, who said this has been a recurring issue for several years and that they have reported it previously. At present, there is a buildup of waste that looks unsightly and unsafe. When it’s windy, items are blown onto the pavement and road, creating a hazard for pedestrians and vehicles. We would appreciate it if the council could clear the area and, if possible, investigate to identify who is responsible, as the issue seems to reoccur regularly in the same spot. We would like to ensure there are preventative measures put in place (i.e. gate, cameras, signs, etc)

Thank you for taking the time to report fly- tipping to Bristol City Council. We will aim to remove the fly- tip within 3 days, but this depends on its size, scale, location, or whether the fly tip is hazardous.
Reducing levels of fly tipping is important so please share any evidence of who is doing it with the council.
