Abandoned, overflowing Biffa bin, impeding the pedestrian walkway.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8293860.
This has been a growing problem for over 12 months. Not only does the bin impede the highway (causing a narrowing which makes passing in both directions impossible and causing pedestrain usage of the cycle path) but it is now competely overflowing, causing a litter problem along this stretch of Whitehouse St. It is being used for dog excrement and, being on a school route, is an unpleasant and unhygienic addition to an area which is already chaotic with Vattenfall and ETM works. Please, please get it sorted.
