After rain, this section of road is always flooded

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8327684.
This part of the road floods and always has ever since we have lived here (6 years) after rainfall. The mini reservoir that is created is fairly hard to pass as a pedestrian and impossible to pass with a buggy. If you have a toddler in tow, it's even more difficult. I am having to carry my buggy over the water, leave my toddler waiting for me on the other side of the road and then carry him over as well. Cars are approaching fast on the Roman Road and all it takes is for a driver not to see what I'm doing and an accident will happen.

There is still a problem here 4 months on. Silt is collecting along with rotting vegetation.
