This structure has been installed permanently on the road. It has a chimney. No registration plate (but NMVS rules still apply see R v Welwyn Hatfield DC Ex p. Brinkley (1982) ). It is dangerous, not lit, not stable, not fit for occupation, appears to be abandoned and should be removed.
