Loose manhole cover by entrance to butlers close

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8333502.

Cover loose and very noisy when cars go over it,, also all the drains are blocked along the road and overhanging bushes and trees are causing a narrow road to be even smaller.
