One of the Caravans sticks out into the road, causing motorists to stop if traffic is coming in the opposite direction..

The caravan owner has placed a traffic cone on the road warning motorists that the caravan juts out into the highway, but it really shouldn’t be blocking the road. It’s particularly dangerous at nighttime as the road doesn’t have any street lighting. Please can you or the van owner reposition the caravan.
