Hi, we live on Richmond Rd, Cars and vans very often fully block the pavement on the single single yellow from the corner with Church Road past beyond the bike garage. It’s dangerous as people, children and pushchairs are forced to go in the middle of the road close to the junction with Church Road. We need double yellow and bollards to stop these selfish behaviours. Thanks
