I am writing to report ongoing fires and suspected illegal waste burning at a neighbouring property.

A resident living in the upstairs flat (block 21/23) regularly burns large amounts of material in an industrial-sized bin located in the back garden. The fires produce significant smoke and fumes that affect nearby properties.

I have personally witnessed the neighbour removing waste from a large van parked outside the property and burning it. On at least two occasions over the past few weeks, another vehicle — a van displaying rubbish clearance logos — has arrived and transferred waste into the neighbour’s van. This waste is later burned in the back garden.

The frequency and scale of these fires suggest that commercial waste may be involved, and the fumes are causing a serious nuisance to nearby residents.

Could you please investigate this matter as a potential case of illegal waste disposal and environmental pollution? I am happy to provide further details such as vehicle descriptions, dates, and photographs if needed.
