Black electrical cable from van to generator in bush

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8370178.

There is a very long black electrical cable on the grass from a van parked on the road to a large box covered by tarpaulin. This represents not only a trip hazard but an electrical and fire hazard as well. Noticed it for a few weeks now
