Dog mess

8365685 This is reported to be fixed or unable to find. As originally reported dog mess has been left right outside 104 Somerset Road BS4 2JB as pictured. It has definitely not been cleared up. Someone has since stood in it spreading the mess further but it has not been cleared up.
