Damaged kerb

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8401759.

This was supposed to repaired months ago but it was a terrible job. Still uneven and does not look even. There are barricades laying on top which then get pushed into the road to cause more of a hazard. Problem is related to 8019192
