England and Union Jack Flags

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8403499.

There are flags put up along Bishopsworth Road on the lamp posts. In the winter winds these are a danger to traffic, they are not secured to any regulation standard, if they fall could cause an accident.
