Abandoned van

The vehicle remains abandoned as of 12:40 on Thurs 14th November. It has had both number plates removed (front/rear), the driver's side window is open and the side door on the pavement side looks to be slightly open. It has clearly been dumped and needs to removed as soon as possible.
