People have started parking in the turning bay at the bottom of Oxford Street. Can you stop them. It's been reported to the relevant traffic service but nothing is being done.

    This is still constantly happening, making it difficult or impossible to turn around. The cars are clearly parked on double yellow lines but it isn't being enforced.
