Cars parked across pavements by school entrance
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction blocking access category anonymously at 09:23, Wed 19 November 2025
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8437969.
At school drop off and pick up time - cars regularly parking partially and wholly across pavements here on Springfield Avenue (right next to the smaller section of Springfield Avenue that runs up to the school - this part now closed off due to school streets scheme). Its dangerous for families walking to and from school as the pavement is obstructed. Those pushing pushchairs cannot get through on the pavement.

Car parked illegally outside Shirehampton primary school on Springfield avenue. I have seen this car parked in the same place many times now, often facing the other way when it’s a one way street. Please contact this driver and do something about this please! It’s so dangerous for people like me with young kids and prams/trikes when we have to go out in the road to get round to go to school/nursery

Another car parked the wrong way on wrong way street and up on the pavement near the entrance to Shirehampton school on Springfield avenue making it dangerous and difficult to get through for people like me with young kids in prams/on trikes going to school/nursery.
