The street lights down Bluebell Close are not lit. There are at least 2 (pictured) that are definitely council run but there are also more unlit lampposts within the small housing estate that may or may not be under the council.
There is a footpath in the woodland at the end, then houses, the scout hut, the Boys&Girls Club, and the tennis courts all accessed via Bluebell Close. Without lights it is a serious public safety issue with drivers not being able to see people - especially small children, and pedestrians not being able to see where they are going.
As well as the unlit lampposts to become working as soon as dusk starts, a further light as soon as Bluebell Close opens into the courtyard could do with another light installed there i.e. before the driveway to the left into the Boys&Girls Club.
