Branches damaging my roof on ref 8180668

I reported in september on 8180668 that branches were damaging my roof , you passed it to a contractor, who has done nothing, then you closed my report. now that the leaves have fallen, I can see the branches have dislodged a ridge tile on the roof. Please repair my roof and cut the the branches back as previously requested
